How many motor sport companies do we know of in India? Hardly any. But with Formula1 Grand Prix coming to India this year, there will be a lot of changes in the motor sport industry.
Karting has been a sport for leisure, for many. But how many of you would take that as a career?
Very few, only those who knows what you can get out of the sport. In a country like India where there is a population of more than 1.2 billion, more than 15% people can be counted in the super-rich class. To be honest, kart racing is a sport for the wealthy. Reasons for this can be numerous like the time and money you invest can be gigantic as compared to the returns. The reason for this is because India is a "developing nation" in every aspect of global society. Still there are numerous companies who make profits out of the sports industry. Adding to the line of many, there is an emerging sports company dedicated to the karting competitions in and around India.
The name is Ardor Racing Team which promises to bring a revolution in the motor sport industry with their karting company. The companies motto is: "where winning is not a compulsion but a habit" which says a lot about the company's vigor and determination. We all wish the emerging heros a very healthy start in the India motor sports industry and hope that it will bring revolution to the motor sport industry as well as India.
